This is a small gallery located inside Ogura Flute
Works. The owner, Nina is delighted to offer opportunities for
artists to display their creative artworks at her gallery. Nina's Art
Gallery is a chance for you to open your own solo show. Finally, the
gallery offers free parking and it is easily accessible by freeway (91, 405 and
110).

RENTAL POLICY as of Sept. 2009
ARTWORKS Your art must be two dimensional and can
only be displayed on walls. No potteries, no sculptures.
RENT
$100.00
per week (5 days) or
$300.00 for (1) Month. Minimum of two weeks. If you request
our advertising services and supplements (posters/ post cards), additional fee
will be charged. We are flexible
and are open to your ideas for advertisement.
RESERVATION
Deposit
($100.00) is needed upon reservation. Balance
should be paid in full at the beginning of your art show.
Distinguished Artist* can get a refund at the end of your show.
SALES & COMMISSION
REGULAR ARTIST: You are responsible for your Gallery
rent.
You have an option to prepare your own supply by
yourself.
Sales commission will be 3%.
*DISTINGUISHED ARTIST:
Qualified Artists will receive free rent for (1)
month.
Also free advertisement service (posters &
invitation cards) will be
offered by Nina's Art Gallery. Nina's Art
Gallery will handle all sales
and will take 35% commission.
OPEN DAYS & TIME
From Tuesday
to Saturday.
Sunday is
negotiable if you can supervise the Gallery. ($30 for extra day).

ART ADVERTISEMENT
We require you to supply minimum advertising standards (2 sidewalk posters and
invitation cards). In addition, it is mandatory to prepare fliers that
includes your biography and artwork list by your opening day.

Sidewalk Poster:
We need 2 (18"x24") posters to pull in the sidewalk display.
Invitation Cards: Invitation
cards must be distributed to your guests
and friends one month prior to your art show.**
** If you choose to utilize our advertising service, please ask us for our poster/ invitation card fees.
SECURITY
You will need your own protection or insurance for your artworks. Nina's
Art Gallery will not be responsible for any
damages or theft.
RECEPTION
I welcome you to launch your art show with your friends and guests by hosting a
reception. This can be an opportunity to greatly promote your art for
sales. The reception can be arranged according to the store's (Ogura Flute
Works) schedule. Please consult with Nina for further planning.

STUDIO RENTAL
Ogura Flute Works can offer its space for your private lesson, small group recital, lecture and meeting.
Sunday & Monday are always open for studio rental. Weekday schedule should be adjusted by Ogura Flute Works activities.Charge: $10.00
per Hour. (Minimum 3 hours)
(This charge is space rental only.
You need to arrange tables and chairs by yourself. Mike & speaker
( $15), tea or coffee ($25) are additional.)
You can use piano for your recital at our open space.
RECEPTION SET :
$50.00 up to 50 people.
